People who ask if they look 'emo' enough or if you like scene enough etc Dress how you want to dress dont try and 'fit in' by asking if you look emo enough or whatever dress how you want ot dress theres not really a style for emo to be honest anyways and most gunres tend to not have a style to it cloths are cloths -_- also the same with hairstyles just get a hairstyle you like don't stress about if it's 'emo' or whatever...hair is hair

This is exactly what I'm like! I just dress how I wanna dress and do my hair and makeup how I wanna and don't care what anyone else thinks of it xD

Haha i do my style my own way a mix of the so called 'emo stlye' which actually i call dressing like kiss haha and skateborader with some BVB mixed in it :p but my hair.. ._. i hate it..and i love the hair that is in the so called 'emo' fashion but i can never get it haha so i really stress over my hair..not to want it emo but i just don't want it looking like shit all the time and i want it to look emo because emo has been my dream fashion since i was younger xD haha x3

I dress how I feel like and whateveh I want. But still ppl on the streets call me emo because of my apperance. I don't try to fit any style but I am inspired! by some of them. Especially visual kei. I'm dreaming about some money and a sewing machine to express my true style.

I dress how I like. I dress like a combination of a number of different people Noel Fielding Rik Mayall in The Young Ones Robert Smith Sherlock Holmes Various incarnations of The Doctor And yeah, they're all at either ends of a very wide spectrum as far as fashion goes. And they all happen to be male, but why any one including myself should care is really really weird. And none of them are really considered that much related to the "emo" label at all. I don't even label myself as that, other people feel the need to. And I don't care, what ever they're comfortable with is fine by me but I do find it annoying when people meet me and instantly call me a "goth" or an "emo".

I dress how I like. A mix between the Japanese fashion and Death metal t-shirts. Some kids I know ask me if they look 'emo' enough. I have the urge to slam them into a nearby table. -.-

i love this post it is so true!!!! my air is curly and not even dhd's will make it stay stright though i wouod alway back comb it. back combed curly hair hmmm not a gd look. i have a room ull of black clothes at one time its a that i would put on. but our styles change i look better in bright coours. i hate it when people slag emos off when im there i feel out of the group. if i siad oh im emo they wud laugh i carnt dress in black like i use to i now have a status to retain!! its hard iv got to lookk posh do emos look posh?
