Okay, so it's my first time dying my hair and since i have dark brown hair i was thinking on giving myself a blonde streak. So now I did and it looks kinda bad, then again it's my first time. Well my only concern was that my mom said she was okay with me dying it, well i would have to be 15 :/ and i'm 13. My school doesn't allow hair color and I know my mom might kill me for dying it without her permission. What should I do?

I cut my hair in school, and i blamed it on my ex-friend/ worst person in the world. you can do that. Im dying my thursday, only because i THREATENED my parents. My dad bleached his hair because of swimming, plus your school cant exspell you for your hair, because im sure its blonde right? NATURAL COLOR. i guess they dont want you to have like pink hair. plus its your hair, your decission. you can do anything with it, even if you need to go a little rebel. i went rebel to get my hair dyed and cut my hair by myself. sometimes you need to stand up for yourself, your parents wont be incharge of you forever, so they should give you more freedom.

lol my hair is dark brown and like it's a boarding school so i don'think they would be to pleased with me if they saw my hair dyed but i'm out of school for summer so i can't blame shizz on anyone :/ but my parents won't do much but i hate to see them mad so should I tell her or not?

I've been in a similar situation, but my hair was accidentally bright pink so I couldn't really hide it xD My high school was strict on hair dye but didn't expel me (though to be fair, I've always been a good student), so if you just have a blonde streak, it's likely that you'll be fine. Your mum's a bigger problem though, as you've explicitly gone against her demand, so the only thing I can suggest is that you re-dye it to try to cover it (I'm assuming you bleached it, so remember to dye it red first, then back to brunette, else it could go any colour :/ )
