In my top drawer My secret will hide In its comfort I reside I say I'm fine It's a lie Inside I wanna die In my room I will hide In it's comfort I reside I said I'm fine It was a lie Inside I wanna die I open the drawer Where my secret hide It's a razor and In it's comfort I reside My entire life was a lie I said I was fine Inside I wanted to die If I died Would anyone care? I hold out my wrist Would anyone cry? Would anyone also Wanna die? No. I cut towards the elbow. Second thoughts. Too late now. I said I was fine It was a lie But did I really wanna die? Not enough energy to stand. I hit the floor. Why am I so tired? Shouts, screams, someone yelling my name. Salty wet drops, Tears? I wake up in hospital Full of tubes but somehow I'm getting through. I'm surrounded by people. Most are there to bitch. But close by my side Are the people I hurt. I have another chance To live a full life And somehow make things right. My thoughts really did turn to suicide, but thanks to someone I'm really close to, I never attempted it or thought of it since. Im not sure if she knows but I hope that I'll find the right time and place to tell her...
