I just went through a horrible break up and I feel like complete crap, and literally going mad. Of course I know most of you have been through this but I just need some advice because I'm new to splitting up on relationships. What are the great ways you can get over your ex, and be happy and move on as quickly as possible?

Personally, there isn't an actual way of completely moving on. Because there's going to be those moments where something will remind you of him. But the important thing is to be grateful that you had the time to share with that person & be glad that it happened. Honestly, it's going to be hard. But you'll get through this. And you'll meet another guy & then another. Until` you meet that one person & you'll be thankful for this break-up because without it you wouldn't have found this amazing person. There are going to be shitty times where you'll just feel like you won't be good enough for anyone, but I can assure you; you are. Because without your existence, that other person who you haven't met yet won't exist. They wouldn't have met you & would have given up on the idea of love. Keep moving forward & in the end you'll get there. So keep your chin up & if you ever need somebody to just talk to, about anything at all, I'm always online. And if not me, then there's tons & tons of people on here who will be happy to listen & help you out.

Like me :) bust seriously if you do need someone to talk to im almost always free :). But yea I know I have had a pretty horrible break up and that was 5 years ago. to tell you the truth I still havnt fully got over this girl but still I move on and push forward. Now im betting alot of people will say this but honestly music really did help me to clear my mind was music. I found a quiet place where I could unwind an just listened to music. Also what worked was setting myself with some goals that I could aim toward and I could focus on. These all help take your mind off of the issue but they wont eliminate the problem. I know how hard it is but just take it slow in baby steps and eventualy ull become stronger and you'll completely move on, and before you know it ull meet someone else you just click with and ull be happy again :) so be patient and be strong. its hard, but with help it isnt impossible :)
