Time For A Change. Jul 25 2012, 12:43 PM

At the moment, my hair keeps coming up really yellow with a hint of lime green in it when I take pictures. And I don't know whether it's the lighting or what but it's really embarrassing. It was dyed strawberry blonde at the start of May but the rays from the sun have turned the dye yellow. Also, my roots are starting to come through really badly. So I was thinking of either dying my hair a burnt auburn brown or completely black but I'm not sure as it might cause the cunts at my school to be even bitchier. And if my hairs going to turn yellow every summer then I might as well dye it a dark color instead of wasting money on blonde hair dye every 3 months. But I want your opinion on this. Whether you think I should go a different color or just stay blonde..

If I were you I would dye it a darker tone. Perhaps the dye you bought wasn't that good. Whenever your buying hair dye, or bleach. Always get one of the best brands, just to make sure it will go the way you wanted it to. Thats what I'd do anyway.

You look good blonde, but it's always nice to mix things up a little bit, so maybe a change of colour would be a good thing :) though I wouldn't recommend going black unless you're 100% sure that's what you want - it took me more than a year to get the black out of my hair, and I'd only used semi-permanent!
