Depends on which subgenre of metal. all the bands you listed are good though. i dont like nu metal though. But yeah im like the only metal head in my town.

my town has only the few i think but then when it came to the paradice lost, insomnium and vreid gig there was a shit load of adults its liek where the fuck do they all come from D= and with the subgunres probably all, not 100% sure, but not so much metalcore in my opinion it's basically just liek any other core and i'm not much to -core

Ummm me! Somehow. And yeah I like Eluveitie, Slayer, Devil Driver, Cradle of Filth, Black Sabbath, Coldworld, Silencer, Bridge to Solace... These are just examples x3 and I like some mixed genres connected with metal. Grunge, metalcore etc. I'm in general into "heavy" music ^ ^
