Emo/Scene people turning into hipsters.. Aug 08 2012, 12:34 AM
<b>It seems like every scene/emo person I'm subscribed to on youtube is turning into a hipster!! 1) HannahHacksawXOXO or 2) Amberkatelynbeale even DesirayCrunk! It bugs me.. ALOT! So are there any 'older' scene/emo perople out there? Hmm, also we need more alternative youtubers.. what's your opinion on all of this?

I know what you mean, but yea Ide relax, let people do there own thing, If they feel somthing is right for them then let them do it :) Its not our place to judge what they do, Its up to them, but I do know what you mean :)

All these "new" pseudo-emos, scene kids and hipsters annoy me. What they want to show to the world if not only their so alternative style (the same hair, the same clothes from so so alternative expensive "emo" shops). They think they're better cause look different? There's too much attention given to the style. And it should be only expression of who you are. There are many better things to do than showing off how "coo" and "different" you are. They all should get a real kick from life. And stop driming about empty things. You can have really beautiful box but nothing inside. I'm not old. But I'm mature enough to be myself.

I know what you mean it is annoying, and I like the box analagy but really, by opening judging them what is it proving. that your more mature than them. Seriously what reall seperates us from the. We are all equal in this world in reality! Are they really doing anything wrong by dressing like that. cause really if we judge them based on this are we any better than those hwo judge us? If they wanna dress like that than o well let them! Its not our place to judge them!

I don't judge anyone, especially I don't judge by dressing. I dress "alternative" myself somehow. I only wanna say that they should do this for themselves not for public opinion. And too many kids now follow the fashion of being alternative just to make their promotion. And they still don't know for what...
