falling deeper and deeper into a hole,just got out now i fall back in can't seem to get a hold to pull my self out just keep slipping can't find my way out. wat to do? sumdays i just feel like giving up and staying down in the hole others i can slowly make my way to the top but then i slide back down to the bottom. the only time i find release and peace is when i am on here talking to my friends b/c they havn't let me down and i can say anything and they will help me through it thank you so much guys u mean alot to me i just wish i could show u how much.... sumdays i feel like doing nothing but crying.... others i feel just fine.... sumdays is uncontrolable anger so confusing.... and on any of those givin days u have been there for me....i just wanna say thanks to everyone who has ever been there for me u have saved me more than once and u all no who u are!~♥~

thnx matt!! i am lots better thnx to this website i am still stugling but since i found this website it has made my life alot better:) i look forward to the time i get to spend on the computer b/c i have a place to go where i can be myself:) thnx u were a genius for making this website!!!
