so i'm on spring brak right now, i go back to school on tuesday and i only see my girlfriend in school. ok..well im trying to quit self-harm..but i cut last night. a lot. there's no real excuse, i was angry at my mother and sister so i just did it. and also my ex boyfriend's friend kept prank-calling me so i called him and told him to stop and we started talking. it would sound cheesy to say he's changed but he really has. i mean, it's not like i lke him or something now, i love my gf (plus he's dating my friend and told me he doesn't like me anymore) but we are friends now. see, my gf and i both started dating different guys at around the same time. but my relationship with my ex lasted longer and we kissed (thats as far as i would go) a few more times then she and her ex did so she's really -and i mean REALLYYY- sensitive about him. we fight about it a lot. but one day i told her i never really liked him, i only dated him to get her attention, which was a big mistake. i did like him but it was only a crush. he told me he loved me and what was i supposed to say? i said i loved him back,but i never meant it. i mean it when i say i love my gf. anyway, i'm too afraid to tell my gf that i cut (it's around her birthday right now, how horrible am i? TT.TT) and im my ex is now my friend. help? anyone?

Well, I think your gf would kill you if she has to find out by herself.. So If I were you I would begin with talking about that fight with you mom and sis, and than you say that you couldnt control it and that you really are trying to stop. Maybe she will understand it (And buy her a good present for her birthday :) )

well.. its best just to say in person... she shouldn't get too annoyed at you, i mean yeah she'll probably get upset but just apologies and you two will get over it. With the ex... the relationship is all past and just because he's an ex doesn't mean you can't be friends. Your gf should trust you enough and whatnot so be friends with your ex.Also, if she starts getting all funny about you two being friends don't just ditch him for she's got to understand that you're just friends and that you love her
