You can now disable your friends journal notifications as I know these annoyed some of you. Of course you can always re-enable them after and nothing will be lost..

Settings> Scroll down a bit where it says 'Notifications' and in the list under it says Friends Journals and click it> then on this page look where it says 'Disable Friend Journal Notifications'. Done :)

Scroll down to the 'friends journals' section on your account. You should see the option to disable them there xxx
