Well, I officially started back cutting weeks ago. So does anyway have any thoughts or advice ? cause for the past weeks, I've had suicidal thoughts...

Depends what's caused the trigger/s. To stop cutting and whatnot you do have to be determined and disciplined.. when you get craving to do so you've got to resist like crazy and keep telling yourself no. I know it's easier said them done.. i use to cut for a good 2 years in the past.. i know exactly how it feels to be addicted or how it feels when its the first thing you think of when anything gets you down. It is possible though :)

My advice is to stop cutting and Don't commit suicide you don't want to be known as the one who gave up, trust me, it really sucks.Other options may not be easy, but sometimes the right thing is the hardest to do.

Well it is a choice, i know its hard to choose no, but in the long run it will help you so much. i use to cut/burn, and it was almost seven or eight yrs strong of doing this almost daily, but one day i decided that im not gonna do it anymore and i walked away, it was hard, there would be points where i was shaking becasue i wanted to cut so bad, but you have to fight it, get a group of good friends who know you who can come b with you or at least call and talk to you when you have an urge. hope this helps. :)
