yhea im not great at dealing with it... let alone coping with it so at this time of year it's not great.... so how do you combat/ deal with exam stress ?

As I have already said to you... revise hard, but also take breaks to chill - talk to people, go for a walk, heck even have a bit of a drink and smoke.

Yeah, first of all, try doing what Matt said. It's important to take breaks and chill! Also, make sure you're really well rested when you take an exam. Don't stay up studying all night long, that's just gonna make it impossible for you to concentrate. Try to keep in mind that you've prepared for years for these exams so you will know most of it without realizing you do. Don't let the nerves get to your head too much. You know waaay more than you think. Seriously, not even kidding. If you're really struggling memorizing specific things/lists, try writing them down, take them with you and stare at them for a couple of minutes -right- before you're gonna take the exam. Your short-term memory is amazing.:) Goodluck, you can do it!

Take it, its proabaly year 11 exams oh god i remember them im not going to lie their not easy but at the end of the day all they are it just a booklet you have to fill in nothing more than paper. like everyone say revise hard, take breaks and hang with your friends, trust me when they are over its a great feeling look forward to that :)

Trust me revise often and once it's over you'll never have to worry about them again :)

I always get so much stress over my exams. For my finals though I didn't really have time to study because of my extra-curricular and I did really well, compared to what I thought I'd do.
