So I used to cut and its a long story, but i was clean for 3 months untill for the past 2-3 weeks I've been urged to do it more, and yesterday I gave in, now I am pissed with myself and want to do it again because of how pissed I am ,but IDFK what to do!

Well a main part of recovery is relapsing. Everyone relapsed at some point so don't beat yourself up too much about it. Try to figure out what triggered you and learn from it. As to feeling the urge, I've found that snapping your wrist with an elastic band helps. It's not as an intense feeling but it's close enough. Also try to distract yourself. Find yourself a hobby, or spend more time on a hobby you already have. Also, sometimes a creative hobby like art or music helps a lot, I've taken up both hobbies when I've felt the urge. It happens so don't beat yourself up to much. In my eyes, its like trying to give up smoke or whatever..got me be quite disciplined in yourself and find other ways or find a way to distract your thought if it comes. :)

as preivous posts have said relaspes are part of recovery so don't tizz over them 1st thing pin point and avoid as many triggers as many best thing to do after this or not possible to do the above is distract your mind when you have the urge to cut by doing something you enjoy i.e go for a walk,draw,write stuff down ,listen to Upbeat music or even talking to mates about it can help

You should get your mind busy on other things, that helped, but I fell into depression again, and now my thighs are getting full of scars..

I think the best thing to do is to talk to someone close to you about it that you trust. if not, just keep a hobby going. I used to cut, then i stopped around February, But i just kept getting really down, And i wouldn't talk to anyone about it, ad i relapsed about a week ago. But i started playing music and it really helped :) even if you don't like music that much, it will probably still help. Just find out what helps you the most...

I've just relapsed again for the gods-knows-how-many-th time >.< it's difficult to quit, it really is, and it becomes more difficult to quit when life gets crappy again. The elastic band trick DOES help a lot, as does distracting yourself with hobbies and other activities. Otherwise, if you need to talk, I'm here :)
