.-. nose piercing infection.. Jun 12 2013, 10:54 PM
;-; I got my nose pierced, may 24th I think it was, and since I'm an impatient little shit I kinda changed it a few days ago..and it took me like a half an hour to get the screw out and I tore up my nose doing that, then I found out the stud I was going to put in was too small so I had to put in an earring and go and get a new one, so I went and got a cheap little stainless steel hoop and shoved it in. But now I have a bump on the inside and outside of my nose right next to the piercing hole and its really gross looking and hurts realllllyyy bad and I keep bumping it and now I really regret changing it and Idk how to get rid of the bumps ;-; I figured, ya' know since it didn't hurt and was healing nicely I could change it and since it was my first piercing besides ears I didn't know any bettter :C So if ya'll could like..give me advice on gettin rid of the bumps and stuff dat would be nice c: I also kinda want to put back in the screw but its a little bit bigger than the hoop and the hole has already shrunk to the size of the hoop.

That's really common :) ummm what it is, is basically scar tissue build up but just keep it clean and let it heal and over time the bumps will go away, and i kept an "L" stud in during that time before i switched to a hoop, oh dont use alcohol to clean it, thatll make ur nose dry out and it burns a little >.<'', try using salt water or peroxide but goodluck wif dat hope this helped :)

^good advice salt water is best for healing and try not to touch it to much to keep from getting germs in it also when ever you change it clean the new percing your putting in with rubbing alcohol.
