With weary eyes i watch my future slip away, all dreams of living a happy and fulfilling life... gone. Now replaced by a void, darkness, nothing. All hope trickling away in a smooth crimson stream. When will it end? Despair swirls and spreads beneath my crumpled body, It soaks my skin with a scarlet stain, my will is slowly fading, it drips from my limp hand, falling into the overwhelming despair below. Why won't it end? As my dulled eyes watch the stain grow, the metallic scent creeps through the air, polluting the room with its familiar aroma. I can feel it crawling nearer to me, slowly closing in, It's what i desire most. Can this be the end? my vision is blurring, my consciousness wavering, my eyes slowly closing, perhaps for the last time. One last shallow breath... This is the end... i'm gone.
