Hello there.. Today I wanna talk about something that's making me really worried and won't let me sleep.. I don't really eat.. And I workout like a maniac. My weight is 164 pounds, and considering my height (6 ft)and structure (Wide bone structure) that's something that is not right.. How can I stop feeling like this? .-.

firstly get some sleep. it works wonders even if it's just a few hrs and it's important to stay positive and feel confident with who you are as this helps you feel more confident about your whole body and therefore you as person meaning you worry alot less, so don't panic over what others think about you and try and focus on your aims or things that make you feel happy in life if you feel down =) secondly if your worried about your weight and the amount you exercise ,work out you BMI. if it's healthy your okay if notI'd personally take a step back and write down your exercise routine and diet see how your calorie intake compares to what's being burnt off. if this is drastically different eat high number of carbs /strachy foods such as pasta's and bread and also high protein things such as meats this will help your body stay strong and retain weight and eating small regular balanced meals rather than 3 large ones a day can help maintain a healthy weight as you're less likely to snack. if over exercising is the problem cut back on the intensity of your workout and the number of days you train. so if you do weighted cardio cut out the weights and give your body a rest and time to recover so only train alternating days or every other day... however tempting it is to train 7 days non stop is not good or healthy as the body has no time to recover and rest/repair itself and tissues etc putting you at a higher risk of injuries hope this helped if you need anymore help or just someone to talk /listen to you just send me a PM and i'll to do my best to help good luck =)

Everyones body reacts differently. Stress on it's on can cause loss of appetite. The type of food you eat normally will effect you not just for the day you eat it but the following day as well. The type of excercise your doing even. Sounds like your way to concerned about that being a problem. A simple explanation, Your body craves food when it need to fuel itself, the more muscle you have the more hungry/calories you will need on a regular basis. When working out your just replenishing fuel or calories you lost during. So as i said, that part depends on your exercise routine
