Ok so, I don't eat much at all. I barely manage a meal a day and even then that's if I go to dinner. Sometimes I go days without eating but not because I'm starving myself, it's because I'm just not hungry. Is it unhealthy?

personally i'd say yes , but i guess it depends if it's effecting your health and BMI. to get round this i'd eat 6 small balanced meals ( ie a piece of fruit and a glass of juice at breakfast, then something small before you'd normally have lunch etc ) throughout the whole day instead of 3 large ones as that way you spread your food out across the day and that is much healthier for you than skipping meals all together hope this helps you =)

if your asking tht is.. I mean I cn go nearly a day without food and without noticing I haven't eat though I never miss diner ever its sooo bad not to eat little and often is my rule....basically snack all ay !! :p x x

I'd say that's pretty unhealthy. You're going to end up with a lot of vitamin deficiencies and what not, which can really effect your health. Your body needs food for a reason.... If you can't get yourself to eat big meals, try snacking throughout the day.

I have tried snacking throughout the day instead of having 3 meals but I ended up skipping snacks too and then went back to just not eating. But I'll definitely try that again. @bones, I can't understand a word you're trying to say lol xD

if your still struggling to eat enough try taking vitamin supplements on top of your eating habits so your body stays slightly more healthy and is less likely to become deficient

It depends if it's affecting you- do you feel out of energy at any point? Is it affecting your BMI? If it is then yes, it is unhealthy. I can go all day without eating and I feel fine. I'm really not an expert though xD

I had the same problem for the longest time because of my meds. Here's what I did: I tried snacking throughout the day I had set an alarm on my phone reminding me to eat When I did eat, I made sure it was something with lots of calories and fiber I took vitamins daily and not only did I stay healthy but my hair grew longer (always a plus!!!) I weighed myself daily and if u stay the same weight or around that weight your fine. I hope this helps kind of... Well good luck!!! <3 cat

I know it's kinda obvious, but if its bothering you and affecting your health you should go see a doctor cus there could be some other underlying problems causing this :)

The obvious answer is yes. I'm going to assume your not a very active person. Usually the case with people with no appetite. You desire to eat food depends on your lifestyle and your body adjusts accordingly. Atleast take vitamins daily. Lack of nutrition effects physical AND emotional states in a negative way regardless if you feel like you need it or not.
