I have a lot of trouble talking about my past. Probably because I find it triggering and I'm always embarrassed and scared about how people will react since there is still a lot of stigma and jokes around issues I have dealt with. I feel kind of alone now and feel like I have no one to talk to with about my past or how I'm feeling these days and it's probably best I tell some of my friends for my own sake. xD Any tips? Thanks guys. :)

It's not always easy to talk about your past, but if someone is a true friend they won't judge. I know what it's like to have things, past and present, to be embarrassed about. I'm here if you need to talk..

whether or not u want to talk about it is totally up to you. for me it just helps to talk to the kind of people who aren't as likely to care. is it always easy to tell? no, but that doesn't mean it can't happen. i'm really not judgmental so u can talk to me if you want.

I just bit the bullet and had a really long chat with my boyfriend about everything and it was really nice to share that moment. Haha. :P Thanks for all being so nice hehe I'm also here to chat if anyone ever wants to :)
