So, a lot of people keep saying that I need to loose weight, and I've tried everything I can to do so, but nothing seems to be working, please can somebody give me some advice on how to loose weight quickly? thanks

haya and i wouldn't really listneot what others say.. its whether you're happy with howyou feel and look that matters :) With me, i'm using the rosemary conley diet which you can order a food box of different sizes worth or just individual meals and breakfasts for you to eat and use the diet count provided and you can lose weight with it :) Weight may not shifted quickly off you.. it'll probably be a month or 2 before you see anything, besides... it's unhealthy to lose weight too quickly. Just diet and exercise and it will come off you but you have to give it time... its not going to go in a day or week or month :)

Don't rush weight loss, I know what I'm telling you because I looked skinny sick for a time, and I think I still do. First of all, eat healthy, eliminate all fuzzy drinks from your diets and every kind of snack. Try to have an exercise routine, start in a light routine, if you feel comfortable with it, keep adding more time to it. That's the advice I can give to you, since every body is different. I hope my advice helped!

Personally from looking at your picture you look fine =) Also If your BMI is fine then you don't need to loose weight , just maybe tone up alitle and as FiFi said as long as your happy with yourself that's all that matters. If you really want to lose weight do it in a healthy way. Do not do fasting/crash diets make you gain weight faster afterwards also them induce bad habits that can be very dangerous . trust me. Exercise is key part aside from the nutrition. Cardio is a great fat burner but also a good body toner. To lose weight healthily i would say exercise 3-4 times a week (no more or injures can occur and the body needs to rest ) with at least one day as pure cardio ie go for 1 hr jog/bike ride Diet wise again stick to a Balanced healthy diet is key, so you dont become deficient in things. sticking to lean meats such as turkey etc and cutting back on junk food along with plenty of greens should work. Also cutting back on processed carbs such as white bread and pasta (whole meal/brown is fine ) should also help. Another thing is portion size so keep it sensible so medium , and how many times a day you eat. Sticking to 3 soild meals a day with healthy snaking if need be is a good idea.If not small meals spread over the whole day with no snacks also works =) If you want anymore advice on this or want to talk about it feel free to PM me and i'll be glad to help

I don't think you need to but if you feel you need to do it just for yourself.. not other people.
