Im on the bridge of insanity. I'm crying nonstop, I want to claw my skin off, I want to hurt myself, I wish I didnt, but right now physical pain beats mental pain...I need distractions, reasons to smile... please, help..

hey girl. Stay strong. You are beautiful, and physical pain may seem better than mental pain but its not. t think of a happier time and breathe slowly. It will all be ok<3

I-I can't.. my finace is in hell, i wont see him or hear from him for god knows how long... we've been together for 2 years, and im...im so upset about it, my eyes are swollen and i can barely talk...I miss him so bad, hes my clarity, my everything, literally my heart..I feel like my soul was ripped apart as well as my heart when he told me he had to go back to France to deal with family issues... its really bad, and im so upset, so worried he'll get hurt, hes always hurt, broke his arm three days ago, was shot, stabbed, fighted, deathly ill... its breaking my heart to go through this, and he told me he'd never forgive me if i hurt myself, but at this point? im desperate to rid myself temporaly of this pain...

I know it hurts. I do. But trust me. It would make him so much happier to know you are safe and unhurt. Just stay strong, and if you love him you will fight for him. <3 I'm here if you just need to vent or anything.

I know it hurts. But you are so strong, and you can get through this. Just wait, seeing him will be a great reward. In fact, instead of cutting, go out and buy yourself something you love to reward yourself in saying, "I didn't cut. I'm making progress."
