Ok so there was this girl at my school a few years ago who made my life a living hell. I ain't even joking. There was even a point where she was giving me death threats and would take every opportunity to make me feel like something that came off a dogs backside that she's just accidentally stepped in. Basically I could tell you all the things she said and did to me but it will be a very long list. The only reason I've been doing so well for the past 2 years is because she left after year 9 and the people she used to hang around have been ignoring me for the most part. Well today I was walking to class and saw her. She wasn't looking in my direction but it's hard to not notice someone who has made your life hell in the past. I'm scared that she will recognise me and start doing it all again. My school never dealt with her and I don't think they will this year either if she does start bullying me again. So I don't know what I should do if the worst comes to the worst.

Okay, I think I would be a bit anxious, too. But most important: Don't show her! You might encourage her when she notices that you are still afraid of her. So keep calm at first and wait if she is still interested in bullying you or maybe has grown up a little in the meantime...
