hey im just wondering could i ask a couple of questions to any goths out there? its for my subculture assignment? i wanted to challenge myself and find out about this subculture as i only know of emo to be honest,. so if any1 wouldnt mind being asked a few questions i would really appreciate it.. and its anonomous thanks xoxo steph :)

Not 1 but I know a few goths, can't say that much tbh but i know The Cure are meant of almost founded Gothic Rock. I think goth is kinda like emo but focuses more on horror and shock appearance than emotions and the actual music. Goths live like it's halloween every day xD Marilyn Manson is really Gothic.

I may not look it from my current profile picture, but I lean mor to the goth side, musically, fashion wise, etc. I'll help?

Goth, highly focused on fashion more than anything in the world especially where they live. Their rooms are very dark and almost have no color that is not black, white or red. They tend to like thin curtains surrounding their beds. As for their appearance, they are more extravagant than emos. Some wear bat wings on their backs and have batwing hair bands. Shirts most of the time have a skeleton on it, I rarely see anything else like demons or etc, it's always a skeleton. They prefer to use candles in their room as opposed to switching on the light. Girl goths wear skirts just above the knee with a black and white pattern around it. Males are similar to emos, skinny black jeans :D
