WHAT is happening?? It sickens me. Jan 23 2014, 02:56 PM

I'm not one to moan, but following the arrest of Justin Bieber today, I've read a lot of news stories that have caught my attention - and not in a good way. What is to come of the human race if this is still happening in this day and age. Its disgusting.

first i'd take what the daily mail says with a pinch of salt. That paper like to manipulate facts to make a jucy /gripping story so not all of them are 100% true As a law student who sits in on at least 2 court cases a week in crown/Magistrate court it is shocking what the human race is capable of and it can be truly sickening and disheartening. To be honest i think most of it comes around due to the self centred and power hungry society we live in nowadays.. I just hope the people in the stories above get the punishment they deserve and justice is served! on the flip side, life has many positives and alot of good dose happen but most goes unnoticed by the media. another side note from a personal point of veiw on the JB case- he's had it coming for awhile now and it's about time the little prick realised just because he's a "celebrity" and "pop star" dose not make him any different or special from the rest of us 'ordinary' folk and the same laws apply to all. As such if you break them no matter who or what you do you will at some point get caught and punished. Karama comes around sooner of later and in this case it think many people who share my dislike for JB will agree this has done the music industry a favour, by ridding us of a rude, stuck up,prick :)

I know what you mean, perhaps the Daily Mail wasn't the best source to pick. I always try to keep the fact that I actually have it really good in mind. However, putting yourself in the mind of someone less fortunate, potentially being on the receiving end of something horrible, gets me down. Following your edit, I agree he's had it coming for a while. However I can't help that think because of his (stupid) celeb status, he will probably get away with it somehow.. I hope he gets what he deserves! :)

Ok Justin Bieber story made me laugh and serves him right. It's 'cool' to make fun of him nowadays being so popular, but (and people don't hate me for this) you can't judge someone properly unless you actually know them well in person.

wtf is wrong with people acid throwing and dolphin killing???? I sware some people have no souls anymore. drunk people are so freaking stupid. and Justin is just an idiot who thinks because he is young and rich he can do what he wants. I feel the need to hug a dolphin now R.I.P dolphins we all love u!!

this has been a very werid depressing day though my teacher found out his 3 year old son has stage 4 kidney cancer and an old friend was bout to go for her first ultrasound this week and her bf and baby daddy to be was shoot and killed right in front of her and now she is stuck with his baby he will never see. its really been a strange day......
