Don't usually post topics like this but had such a crappy day everything has gone wrong and feel bleh! Somebody cheer me up a bit!

Sometimes montypython is needed .. On a more serious note... Screw what others think of you, go and relax.. forget the world for afew hours, so turn off modern day distractions such as phone and internet etc and have some "you" time . Sounds selfish but sometimes in life you just have to take a step back from things and go 'its time i looked after myself for once' and It's surprising how well it can work On another note do something you enjoy even when in a bad mood.. Oh almost forgot this :)
