Things being said and the amount of shit I'm getting recently are making me question whether I'm even fit to be a mod anymore.

No you are an amazing mod and always let me know what goes on. If any members continually break the rules and you can't deal with them anymore I will sort them out.

Your fine stay. As i said to you before in chat tasha you do your and do it right! many mods fail to comply with that. Not only do you help Matt out More than any other user you also support and love him and regardless what that "user" might of said your still Matt's special girl and nothing can/will change that! So here it is tasha! keep strong stay in there and keep up the good work you one of a kind person don't you ever forget that.

Anybody says crap about my girlfriend and don't listen to her when breaking rules will have me to deal with. I do not take sides. She is just a great mod. End of.

tasha please stay as a mod , you do a great job even if certain twats can't see it! alot of users on the site respect you as a moderator and i'm sure they'd like to to stay on, just as i would like you stay as a mod :) but however it must be said alot of mods are getting a hell of alot of crap recently both on and off chat for the work they do and it would be nice if people would just learn to grow up and respect the rules and the people doing the moderating.

A few months back it wasn't too bad. A simple warn or kick and they stopped and didn't care Recently they're starting with rumours, major shit and just can't help but make it a lot harder to even want to stay on the chat let alone as a mod. I've seen mods warn certain people and they were fine. As soon as I even ask then to stop, not as a warning all hell breaks loose and I'm the bad guy. I don't even know if half the people who 'respect' me even do.

Even if people don't say it they do respect you. Without you chat would be even more chaos. It's very difficult to find decent mods!!

I think as far as respect goes, you've got that from the majority of the users in the chat, from what I've seen. From an outside perspective at least I would say you've earned it. But at the same time, the chat is also used by younger and more immature users who will not always show it. That's not to say age =/= maturity, but it's a difficult thing to have from everyone. You've found the right balance of being strict when needed but to also let things go. Part of that means you're going to have people who disagree with your decisions, no matter how wrong they are. The Internet provides people with a mask to hide behind, what they say shouldn't be taken to heart. In short, you're doing a great job, no need to stop now.

To be honest even I have thought about jacking it in as I put an awful lot of effort into this site and do get shit. However it's been going since 2007 and I'm still here to stay :)

they do, i have had afew users go 'where's tasha when we need a decent mod online ' and i whole heartedly agree that you are one of the best mods on the team :) half the time i'm on chat, i get ignored till i have to start kicking after ignored warnings... just don't get disheartened about it all, rumors hurt especially when false but at the end of the day they are a troll or just some bored kid the other side of the screen and it's what happens in RL that should really matter more. Even though it makes things awkward you should still be able to go on chat and talk to other users, just ignore them the best you can. if i hear un true stuff about people i know in person on this site i do stand up and tell them to quit it or tell them to tell the truth as it's just not acceptable to make people feel bad about themselves for no other reason than them doing there job. Sometimes in life those perceived as the bad guy's are actually the good ones and it's a case of sticking to your guns and not backing down

Some people just do that on the Internet. Even on a car forum I'm a mod on where the members are older you still get a lot of shit going on. Now for one of my favourite words... PETTY!
