Ever just broken down and never known why ? Stared in a mirror and watched yourself cry? Curled up and broken, your're screaming inside. Torn over what's spoken and what lays in your mind .. Pain is the reflection, as you look at yourself to see the red circles and tears down your face. As you place a hand onto the glass, you wish you could escape your darkening past.. Moments go by, as time seems to stall but you deal yourself a promise. A once and for all. To try and stay strong and make things get better because for now, the future you have shines brighter than ever

Thats a lovely poem Kate, I like that it doesnt shy away from fear and sadness but it has an optomistic ending! ;)
