I can't cope with reality anymore..Everyone hurts me. All my friends used me for what they wanted then left. I can't live with this constant pain anymore... There's nothing i want out of life anymore. there's nothing i feel is important anymore. I just have a urge to end it. I have nothing but my inner demon yelling at me constantly. beating me. telling me I'm worthless. Ruining evertyhing for me. making me see only the pain and agony in everything. i can't even look at nature without seeing it being torn away. Just like me. it's life is being taken away by others when all it does is give to them. I have a plan to kill myself..It's gonna be quick and painless..because i don't wanna die feeling pain..I Just want to escape the pain of life..

Hi Nathan. Your post does seem very filled up with pain and it is understandable this is making you desprate for a way out. But ending your life will not end the pain, it will cause others an unimaginable amount of pain in your place. Please try when you feel alone to think of all those who love you and take comfort from that. If your friends have used you it is them that is at fault and you shouldn't be suffering for their selfishness. Try and find a few good people to surround yourself with, who truly care for your interests and don't want to use you. Also I like that you mention nature, you clearly feel close to it and being outdoors can help enomorusly with our moods. Rather than notice all the destruction that happens in nature, try and be the one that helps to change it for the better. You could perhaps volunteer to go rubbish collecting in your local area or join a local nature group and do some surveys for them. That way you would be doing something you love, with like minded people and also giving your days some purpose too! There are no quick fixes, but slowly making a change each day can really help. This is probably one of the most helpful things i've read in a while. Thank you. I'm keeping myself alive with a small amount of hope left. i hope my life starts getting better eventually..

I dont know you and never met you before but from what i can see is that youre a wonderful guywho can make an good impact on this messed up world. and killing yourself isnt gonna do nothing for you. itll just make things worse. If you kill yourself then the problem will always be there. And you wont have a chance at making things better. if you want you can always talk to me. my kik is the same as on here: Xx1belle6xX i will always be there for you and who knows, we could becomes friends and ill never use you
