A heart of stone and hands so cold These walls will crack and blood shall flow A long lost voice shall venture on Deafening those that did so much wrong Stuck in a trap of insecurities Swimming in blood and blades Yet You look down and you see, rainbows spilling from your veins It pulls you from the dark And allows you past all the lies, You'll never be okay here.. ..You'll give up all your pride Now tears run dry from the days Of laying in the dark A shadow's taken over you It's consumed your worthless heart As the beats are getting slower You start to hear a sound The weeping of your mother As she lifts you from the ground She whispers "Please don't leave me" As the tears run down her face But you and her surely know That everything's too late. ~A.K
