The music in your ears Comes to a halt As the heart machines beat Can't be read All pain and suffering Summed up and dissmised In one glorious second It's all dead The things you despised, They forced tears out your eyes Down your cheeks they sore You don't want to take any more From midnights strike, till 3:00am The person still up is you The restless soul, crashing down your bodies walls And escape through the stars to the moon Places were gravity can't bring you down And seal you to the cold hard ground And leave you no choice but to face What forces your worn out heart to pound. As much as you want to keep closed away Lock out anyone who can add a new scar To the heart that's all about pleasing those Who wouldn't care if you were to depart.
