And you can't fight the tears that ain't coming, Or the moment of truth in your lies. When everything feels like the movies, Yeah, you bleed just to know you're alive Iris, by Goo Goo Dolls

very much a case of beware of where you store data online, what you let access it and what/how well you mange your privacy controls nice heads up to those who just click "accept terms and conditions" on a whim and don't think anything of it!

Agreed but a couple points on what you said: Facebook changes the Terms and Conditions quite significantly without you having to re-accept. The privacy controls don't change the way Facebook can access your information. The article I posted uses lots of VERY trustworthy references.

Did you know that when you type in a status they save it and have it on record even if you decide not to actually post it and you just delete it?

1-New Facebook Policies Sell Your Face And Whatever It Infers 2-You are what you Facebook Like 3-Forcing users onto Messenger 4-Facebook Knows Your Friends—Even if They’re Not on Facebook 5-Facebook Now Wants To 'Spy' On Android Phone Users! 6-Facebook Is Recycling Your Likes To Promote Stories 7-Is Facebook damaging your reputation with sneaky political posts? Interesting subject, i sort of quoted those by numbers to reply my opinion: 1- Yes, it is well known they do, is all about data being worth lot of cash for all of those companies involved 2- Another way of recycling and the real way they do, in my case i just don't like stuff except maybe Friends things but not pages 3- this was trendy during 2014, is a convenience obviously, but is not really forcing them to, you can check if you have old accounts and never installed Messenger 4-i could be wrong, but i highly doubt about this 5- Google has been doing the same since years ago, also storing everything Android users use on their phones on each Google + profile 6- I agree with many points but in the end Facebook is what you make of it 7- they added propaganda everywhere with their trendy news things, i specifically don't intervain in anything related to politics but i do work in census stuff on the streets, and all the data out of it goes to candidates statitistics, is not a big deal, and online you're not forced to participate in anything related
