Seriously, What are we? I mean, We're not who we wanna be, Because society likes to judge, And will judge, Every. Little. Thing. Are we Dead, Or alive? In this society, You're lucky to survive. But I'm pretty sure I'm dead. I never said it was a bad thing, I quite like going unnoticed, hiding. Are we human, Or just 'things'? We stay out late, Having single night flings. Pointless. Worthless. Just ends in pain. Especially when that person never wants to see you again. We use ourselves and others, But who's to blame? Are we 'normal'? Please, Tell me what is 'normal'. I think 'normal' means 'the same' Therefore, no one is normal. We're different in a unique way. Dear Society, Please don't pick us out for: Wearing black, Or being a different race. Or for being a bit smarter or dumber than others. Or for my size, My height, Religion or gender. And don't forget sexual orientation. So what if I have a disorder, Whether it be mental or physical. Don't blame us, Blame the DNA which made us. We can't help being who we are. cx

I love this poem very much. I think its beautifully written by the way you detail what makes people different. Its something that bothers a lot of people in this world due to the standards and judgement.
