Anxiety and Panic Attacks May 21 2015, 07:39 PM

So yesterday I had a panic attack. I was woken up out of my sleep, my heart was beating like I had just finished running, I was dizzy and I had no Idea where I was. I was terrified and I could barely talk. I had to leave the house after I calmed down cuz being there only made me feel worse. I'm at a friends' house now with my bf, but he ignores me every chance he gets even though he told me he was there for me and wanted to help me with my anxiety. So I wanna know how I can deal with it on my own since I'd hate to just bring everyone down with my shortcomings.
