I guess it's anything that makes me feel alive? Could be a good run, or something more extreme like dropping everything and going somewhere/meeting someone new. Lately I've noticed my fear of heights has somehow vanished completely so I'm taking advantage of that while I can. And there's also the nights where I just can't sleep and I'm laying there for hours listening to/feeling my own heartbeat. Idk if this is making sense to people but just feeling/being reminded I'm alive makes me feel happy and accomplished. Makes me realise that I must be here for some reason other than to simply exist and then die young and alone, otherwise my heart would've stopped beating when I had given up.
