I love the paranormal and the weird stuff as such. I believe in ghosts and spirits, seen/heard/felt unexplainable things. For example, shadow figures, unaccountable footsteps, whispering.. I talk to myself but as if I was having a conversation with someone. But I think I'm partially crazy so.. I've also experienced sleep paralysis, I'm not sure if that's the actual term for it. I couldn't move my legs, it felt like someone had a hold on them. There's been other stuff but I'm not sure whether I should account it as paranormal yet. Have any of you experienced anything "paranormal"? Or am I just slightly crazy?

You aren´t crazy. I mean all of those ghost myths didn´t appear out of nothing, but with all TV shows and movies it has become difficult to identify what to believe and what not. And the shadows well sometimes it can be our brain playing a joke on us... Or maybe a real ghost

I believe in science. The shadow figures you see are just low frequency sound-waves, such as infrasound 20 Hz or lower, that cause unnoticeable vibrations in the body. The movement of air cause smearing of vision and uneasiness. Hearing whispering/voices and footsteps is probably down to stress, or lack of sleep that cause auditory hallucinations. Most of these paranormal happenings have a scientific explanation, but sometimes things out of the ordinary do happen, we just haven't found a reason as to why. But you can believe in whatever interests you I suppose :D Here's a good video on the science behind the paranormal
