So recently my friend has been talking about how depressed he's been since his mom died. Even though that was in fourth grade, he hasn't been getting better. I had a talk with him about it and he said that he was cutting himself over it. I thought this was more common sense, but DON'T CUT YOURSELF. If you're in a similar case as my friend, it was out of your control. Cutting is not necessary and it just makes everything worse. If you cut yourself or know someone who does, stop.

I urge anyone who is dealing with a mental health problem to get help! Your problem is just as valid and any other medical complaint and you deserve proper treatment!
