These 2 pics are all over the internet and I'm assuming he's a model of some sort. Checked the models here and didn't see him, unless I missed him. Anyone?

In all honesty, I would prefer to have an emo appearance to everyone else. It is a means of expressing oneself and, taken collectively, a style. It's not a cult, either. It is NOT a given that emos cut, self-harm, or have suicidal thoughts. Yes, some emos engage in suicide behavior and self-harm, but so do some preppy or rural individuals. Most people believe that kind of behavior is associated with mental problems and should not be laughed at, but other people do it to attract attention.

It's not a cult, in my opinion. It's just a form of creative expression and, taken as a whole, a certain aesthetic.
