So, yeah, I'm starting ninth grade, and I've been slowly and gradually having a panic attack about it? Like what to expect? Prevent myself from serious embarrassment? Hard classes? Do you guys have any tips to prevent serious freaking out? Thanks

I'm also going into 9th grade and I've had panic attacks too in 8th/7th grade when I messed up about something maybe trying to know that everything is okay and thinking about soothing things would be good or trying to do something that you like or something to get your mind off the topic?

Well I draw, write, and read, and listen to music, but it doesn't help that school starts in a few weeks now. I had one mental breakdown in eighth grade and it was honestly my first one so it freaked me out.
