Of ice And to high waters What of the crimson wave? They declare me lame I blink, obsolete A lingering name Caresses my tongue like The harlot it once belonged to Where are the bodies? Smeared and bloody I am alive and unsteady The shadow of my twilight years haunts me to this very day So say goodnight And hold your blade tight To bade farewell To this bittersweet plight
