Anyone just find something about themselves that they wish they could change? My greatest insecurity would be my overal weight... I have always been a little chubby, but I remember a certain point in my life where I was more overweight than I have ever been. I have been working out since then but, I always have a general fear that I will get to that point again in my life.

My sociability. I have the worst habit of reading too much into what others say and do and read waaaaaay worse into how people may take what i say and do.

^^ Literally same... I think I just over examine what is going on in a conversation. And then I am always worried that someone I know is talking badly about me. That’s literally how insecure I get about my position in people’s lives so definitely unhealthy behavior.
