How do you encourage yourself when everyone else doesn't believe in you? How easily discouraged are you? On a scale of 1-10 how sure are you about yourself initially before anyone else inputs their opinion?

I'm pretty lacking in motivation but listening to Rammstein or Bring me the horizon in the morning helps me get up but usually I just do stuff in fits of anxiety without thinking. I'm not very good at encouraging myself to do stuff.

Best way to encourage yourself just don't expect much from people.
