You got the basic look pretty much down. But experiment with it. Really go out there and see what you like. Took me 5 years to decide on a look and to this day im still making minor improvements. It all comes with time.

It looks good,maybe experiment with layers and thinning out certain parts of your hair with thinning shears or a razor

Ok...personally I much prefer a longer side swept fringe.
