I know it's not the user's local time, as I definitely haven't send messages at 4am to anyone. I'm presuming it's in Greenwich Mean Time (UTC+0) as this is a co.uk domain and is presumably hosted in the UK. Is this correct?
It is hosted in the UK and stated as a UK site, but now there are more members from the USA.
