I really wish I could get to the stage where I actually accept help. I keep making new appointments with my doctor then cancel on the day, I keep struggling daily, I keep wanting to give up but do I ask for help? Nope. I am studying whilst working shifts, I have no free time its like I'm just trying to keep busy 24/7, Sad thing is I really want to talk to someone about it who would understand, who would help but its like Im scared to talk to a doctor? Maybe I'm scared of what they will say to me.
