I'm fine. A bit bored, there's nothing to do over here

It's alright if you rant, I don't mind and it sounds like you have alot to get off your chest.

I know how that feels about the school problems, and although it might not seem like it, you will be fine, I promise. That sounds pretty unhelpful, I know, but you seem like a very strong person. You have msn, yeah? Mind if I add you?

Feeling self concious is pretty normal, everyone feels like it from time to time. It can be hard to pick yourself up, I'm feeling really down myself lately, but talking to people as much as you can really does help (obviously people that aren't going to be mean or anything). I kept it bottled up, and now I'm booking an appointment to see a doctor this week, and trust me, you don't want to have that happening. You may feel like you want to cut, but there are far better ways to deal with problems than hurting yourself. Perhaps try things like learning an instrument, writing, drawing, or just going for a run or a walk can really help to clear your head.
