Maybe remove it for a few of them and see what would happen? You might still want to hunt for a job though, just incase a few of them quit. I guess haha. Might try learning that stuff myself anyway. I currently use 52 on the low e haha. Really surprised it fitted. Or work from home like some people I know do. I don't think I'll be going lower than drop d yet lol. I'm not a give fan of crowds lol. Hence why I spend time in my room, in practice rooms or in the forest (I'm kinda a tree hugger lol) while everyone else my age is having parties and getting pissed. I wouldn't be impressed either lol. My guitar still needs sorting out cus I've moved to heavier strings. I'm a little scared of doing it myself though. I'm not afraid cus it's not my phone lol.
