Maybe he should of made more of an effort then. Sounds useful lol. I think I still remember how to throw a punch without hurting myself but everything else from my karate classes has kinda faded over time. Lol, I'll get you some if you want any haha. Just thought you said you were on a diet haha.

No lol, just from random bands I like. I'm always careful with that lol. A huge field isn't that dangerous though haha. It was from bb haha. I topped up my phone while I was at it as well.

I used to watch that kinda stuff lol. I'll have to look for one with a hood lol. don't think I'll go running in the rain again though. It probably has but I ain't looking through the bin to find out lol.

Yes, we shall see :) Good luck with that lol. I don't generate much body heat at all, not even when I'm running. I defo need a thermal top, might at least make me feel a bit warmer. hmm, thats a good question lol. I didn't see the name of it but it's got the colours of the jamaican flag on it and bob market's face on the can haha. It's a nice change from the other shit I was drinking cus it's got no caffeine in it and it's herbal.

I don't think I'll change much lol. Oh right lol. Didn't know that :). I'm sure they would keep lol. I was wearing 3 long sleeved tops and 2 hoodies. For anyone else, that would have been more than enough. Maybe she forgot? Lol, I finally bought this jamaican drink I've been meaning to try for ages. It's really nice, if a bit expensive lol.
