One Minute A second is needed, to make them sad; A second is needed, to make them cry; A second is needed, to make them fall apart; A second is needed, to make them feel like they're out of luck; A second is needed, for them to have a broken heart; A second is needed, to tear their soul apart; A second is needed, to make them wanna cut; A second is needed, to tear their mind apart; A second is needed, to make them feel blank; A second is needed, to make them not being able to love; A second is needed, to make them wanna give up; A second is needed, for the first cut; A second is needed, to not being able to stop; A second is needed, to love the pain, the rush; A second is needed, to get lost in the dark; A second is needed, to hide the scars; A second is needed, to start hating the life; A second is needed, to look in the mirror; A second is needed, to start thinking that you're fat; A second is needed, for them to want to starve; A second is needed, to stop eating; A second is needed, to lose too much weight; A second is needed, to lose strength; A second is needed, to not being able to stand; A second is needed, to become too weak to even speak; A second is needed, to feel even more like shit; A second is needed, to want to stop to breath; A second is needed, to hit the wall; A second is needed, for a bruised fist; A second is needed, to look at wrists; A second is needed, to make them bleed; A second is needed, to get the strength and courage to actually do it; A second is needed, to sit on the floor; A second is needed, to cry from your soul; A second is needed, to look at the wall; A second is needed, to feel the hole; A second is needed, to realize it's in your heart; A second is needed, to accept the fact; A second is needed, to deal with the fact that you are torn apart; A second is needed, to know that there is nothing inside left; A second is needed, to know you're done; A second is needed, to take the pen and to sit down; A second is needed, to cry while thinking what to write; A second is needed, to see it clear in your mind; A second is needed, to put the first letter on paper; A second is needed, to continue on; A second is needed, to finish the letter; A second is needed, to say that it wont get better; A second is needed, to think how to end the pain; A second is needed, to finally make the plan; A second is needed, to call the love ones, those who maybe care; A second is needed, to get all things; A second is needed, to prepare it all; A second is needed, to make sure you're alone A second is needed, to prepare yourself for the end; A second is needed, to scream that your life is a hell; A second is needed, to start the end; A second is needed, to find a spot; A second is needed, to make move and go on with the plan; A second is needed, to be finally gone... 60 seconds if you count it all, or in other words a minute is enough to be gone. A minute is enough to to die but it a minute as well is enough to save somebodies life. If you know somebody who wants to end it, be there for them and help them.
