Cold white walls, keep you from your pad and pen. You just wanna stab again. I can't believe it's half this hard, You never knew your mind was dark, no! Don't You Dare Forget the Sun, by Get Scared

(this is my work) did you see that? Just over there, in the corner. You may look at it and assume the best, maybe its laundry, maybe its just an old book bag on the floor. But what if it was something more than that? what if it was something that gets up in the middle of the night and curiously looks over you while you sleep. It could be good or evil depending on your view of it. It could be seven feet tall and can barely stand straight up and has dark ashen skin, with the red eyes that stare you down as you stay sleeping, completely unaware of the horror you would be in to find this creature over you. Or it could be good, with a soft voice to lull you back to sleep when you stir, and to cover you with blankets when you have kicked them off in a hateful slumber, what if the evil one was actually the fighter of the darkness, and fought away anything bad that would come to you in your sleep. and the good one, would steal you late one night and you would never be seen again? always talk to the monsters under your bed before you judge them.

(this is probably fiction) I wake up to the sound of the radio speaker crackling, the glowing green numbers say 3:34 am. The rush of waking up scares me as I try to put together where and who I am. I look around and adjust to the glow of parking lot lights through the window shades, and the single bed with a chair and lamp in the corner, I remember that I am in a hotel room, but there is nobody passed out around me, there is nobody at all. I stand up slowly and peek out the window, not even a car in the lot, not even my own. So how did I get here? where is all my stuff? I manage to find the light switch and flip it on. The almost orange light bulb flickers on. Gross I think, why would I stay here? The small hotel room reeked of chain smoke. I walked toward the bathroom to find that the door was just barely cracked and there was somebody in there. My heart skipped a few beats as I knocked on the door. No reply. I knocked again. still no answer, finally I push the door open to expose the red bathroom. Walls, floor, sink, and bath tub were covered in the ripe Metal sent of blood.
