recently i have come to realize that i hold in my emotions. i know it is not good for me but i cant help it. i always seem to hold them in till i cant anymore. it is like an endless cycle. i am never happy because of it. i feel bad for my friends cause i seem to push them away when i loose control of my emotions i really loose control, so if any of my friends read this i am sry....
