anxiety attacks have gotten worse and more frequent.I just hope nothing serious is happening (o-o)

where i live,there is no one who shares my interests or like the same things i do,but on the internet,i find SO MANY people who i can relate or share interests...why,what,how does this happen (o-0)

I wish i could control my anger...sometimes it just explodes and i end up hurting people...i don't want to hurt anyone,yet the other side of me wants everyone dead...medicine isn't working,neither is drawing,i guess i'm sorta stuck .-.
